Well they are a bit better than disco lights but to give you an Idea what they were.

Four Abstract VR8 scanners, 3 years old, still have the original boxes!! Used fairly infrequently.

Sound to light or DMX512 control, suit mobile DJ or club/pub band.

Smaller house forces sale.

Yours for £1200. To buy new about £2000 Will deliver within reason. (Am in Bracknell/Reading area)

The Abstract VR8 composite is already a legend in its short lifetime. This elegant scanner is equally at home in a restaurant outlet as it is in the newest, most upmarket theme bar or eaterie. It is the first effects lighting product that transcends all market boundaries. The VR8 has single-handedly revolutionised the lighting industry's perspective on scanner design and performance.

Very very tempted, but dont really need all 4 though as I'm only running a mobile setup. Would you be prepared to split? I'd take 2 off you, cash waiting!!! Am in Bournemouth.

IMHO if you have less than 4 of these on a mobile rig it looks really silly. I have done mobiles and big rigs for 12 odd years now, and have always used scans/moving heads in 4's or more.

You cant do then justice with less, it just looks like "hey i have bought one light and look what it can do".

You are of course commenting without knowing what other equipment I have though... paired up with a couple of EVL Spins I have they would make a fantastic show. I dont play particulary large venues so a huge lightshow isn't really necessary.

Sorry don't work at weekends so don't go on the web.

They are VR8 touring no rotating Gobo's

I will agree that you really need four heads to create a (good) light show, but I would say that as I am trying to sell all four.

There is an ad in my local free ad's this week, if nothing by the weekend then I will split them, and let you have 2 for £600. Can't be more fair than that. Could be talked into a deal for the four?

Mail me at rjplighting@aol.com

Some where, but have moved house three times, so maybe hard to find. The VR8 has only been out about four years as I got hold of some quite soon after the release and decided they were better than the Future scan pro III CE's which I had so sold them to finace the VR8's.

Will let you know at the end of the week.
