Hello, Goodnight? Do you actually want to sell these? Wake up m8y!
The ones shown are smaller than the existing fogs, and NO driving light kit is a direct replacement for the fogs anyway. They all have some sort of bracket.
With smaller ones like the ones in this thread, the accepted method seems to be a bit of angle iron (Or better still, alloy), drilled to accept whatever fixings the lights have, then fixed to the bumper fixings at the base of the foglight hole. Apparently it can be done without leaving visible mounting holes.
I have the Scoobysport HID's on my car, and they are AWESOME! Did cost me £700 or so though!!

Andy the spots are smaller than the standard foglights.
They would mount nicely into a STi IV type R lip spoiler.
I would think that anyone with a front mount Intercooler who cant fit any lights due to the pipes in the way would be interested in these also.
ALCAZR thanks for TTT

can you email me how much you are looking for? or you like to exchange for this (hella micro xenon)? I have a pair for the housings only. No hid module or bulb (sold them separately). There is a slight crack on the cover of the hid bulb (the black thing on one of them) but it won't leak.. just minor crack.
Oh. they are brand new.. I crack it when I tried to remove the bulb. It takes D2S bulbs.. same as what you got.
