Ok,
Someone pulling out at the last moment has still left this with me, as I want to sell lets drop the price to offers in the region of £1500 to try to get some more interest.
Also, still have "free wheels" for anyone who wants them.

the reason I ask is that I got S600 DBY for 250 quid all in last week, and S60 ODB is still available for the same fee
I would expect (to a scoob owner) that the plate for sale here is worth more than mine, as it is O and not D, thats why I asked had it been vaulued
edited to say, but then again the value is what it is worth to buyer, someone may think it is worth that

GKJ,
This is a cracking plate for any SCOOBY owner.
Recently bought S600B DO for a smidge over £400 inclusive, but yours is worth a lot more than mine.
Good luck with the sale

GKJ,
If you want to start an Auction, Colin looks to have opened the bidding at £500.
I'll give you £600 for the plate.
Who will up the bidding for this quality plate?
It's got to be worth more

1500 seems reasonable for that plate to be honest, yet again we have the "seen" it for cheaper brigade putting prices down .
It *is* the closest you can get to SCOOBY, unless someone can point me to a better one.
Ain't got that sort of cash tho .. good luck with the sale

I didnt meant to cause any offence, re seen / bought cheaper
I was more curious as to wether the plate had been valued, as I was looking for this plate and/or variations of it (when I knew it had gone)
I don't doubt the seller, and I said afterwards that the value is to the buyer
I myself managed to get S600 DBY (yes I know it has an extra 0 and a D instead of an O) but it was the only one left, at (to me) a sensible price of what I was prepared to pay
Now if this plate is worth 2 grand, then that must mean mine could be worth more than the 250 I paid for it
Sorry if any offence was caused, or I was clear about my questions
Good luck with the sale
Steve

Apologies for not replying earlier, having a baby has restricted my time to do much else...
Sonic - have not had the plate valued, as to be honest, I cannot see many people outside the Scooby fraternity as being interested in it. I bought the plate for myself as a present for saving hard and buying my scooby back in '98. I also think that its one of the closest you can get to Scooby and still be legal
Sti4 - As has been placed here on numerous threads before, the goods are only worth what someone is willing to pay...I have pitched in a price I thought was about right...ok first shot at £1999 was a bit adventurous but I will wait and see how things go.
Scooby-Si - fair enough...afterall that 300 barrier has got to be crossed !
Hustler - good luck with your sale and project...sounds mental
Ninnybobs - have had e-mail offers £1000, am trying to get the best price I can, sorry.
Someone should now treat themselves and guarantee a "nice plate" comment from scooby and non-scooby owners

Thanks for the reply
It is a good plate, and I am slightly envious that yours is better than mine, and even tho that is the case, I have had a lot of comments on how good my plate is
so im sure who ever buys yours will get more comments, as it is as close to Scooby as possible
Good luck
Steve
