RAC trackstar tracker unit for sale. ultimate protection for your car. Should the worst happen, RAC will track your car by sattalite and recover the vehicle to your driveway from anywhere in the world. INSURANCE APPROVED. Less than twelve months old. Cost £700 new. will sell for £400. ono.

I have the same tracker and its cost me 600 plus 120 for the year's subscription, so 700 is probably right and 400 is fair.
They do a cheaper version of the Trackstar but its not insurance approved as its a manual acitivation.

Hi,
Can you mail me any specs and or fitting spec for it and roughly where you are,also is the subscription transferrable,as ill prob sell the car in a few months and would the year subscription cover another i put it in if i old them the new reg

AFAIK subscription is non transferable and RAC charge about £100 fitting.
I have Protector on my WRX, I can't say how good it is and I hope I don't have to!!! It's wierd really cause it was fitted at the dealer so I've never even seen what i'm buying.
I will say that whenever I have telephoned, service is second to none.
