1997 "P" Catalunya Number 016 For Sale (Black, they all are)
56k Miles, FSH.
Tax til 02/03 so obviously i'll get new tax.
MOT 03/03 so i'll get a new MOT as well.
Standard apart from:
16" Gold alloys with 215x40x16 FK451 tyres.
Magnex 6x4" oval Back Box (not quiet but not loud, sounds nice)
£2k ICE including Pansonic MP3/CD head unit, 500w Phoenix Gold amp, 2x12" JL Audio Subs, new front & rear speakers with front tweaters.
SerpiStar CAT1 alarm & immobiliser (car also has a standard immobiliser giving it a total of 2)
For more info on the Catalunya spec - http://www.sidc.co.uk/faq.htm#1.3
I've always run it on either SUL or Optimax and kept it below 3k revs when cold, and idled after running.
offers around £10,500.
edited for my lovely spelling mistakes

Hi all.
Del boy, Miss Tsport is only 23 years old, and her car insurnace is a little group 7. I keep telling her its really not worth her getting a scooby, her own car sounds good and 0-6 is 8 secs, maybe alittel less, currently 119bhp for a 1.5ltre engine, and when she gets some nice wider wheels and tyres, and a couple of strut braces she'll be laughing.
Colin P, old banger! aren't all scooby's old bangers? oh dear me, i'm gonna get flamed, only joking fellow guy & girls scoob owners.
I would really like to sell it now for the money. Want to move abroad and need the finance.
So, as these pages jump around so fast, Bttttttttttt....

Yep, im looking, but lookin for lowest mileage as poss.
(I do about 24k a year)
Only trouble is i can't afford a low mileage Turbo of MY96+
(facelift versions only) stature.
Hence looking at importing one myself.

Yeah, it always comes down to what you can afford as opposed to what you would like. I'd love a sti 5 type r in black, Mmmmm, i've been a passenger in one several times and its was awesome.
How much are you looking to spend?

About £8.5 max, it may get me an STi3 with about 25k miles on it.
Have a guy in the far flung looking for me.
He's already offered me a 96 RA, 43k kilometers, for $6800
about 27k miles, £4200, by time ship it across would total just over £7000.
(not via Dubai)

RA? aren't they the ones with no spoilers? and lighter than all the rest. retty quick beasties too. For 8.5k surely you could get the facelift versions, mines only priced at what it is due to the 2k worth of ICE i put in it, although i suppose its the low mileage that puts the newer ones prices up. 24k miles a year? thats quite a bit, cost rather a lot in a scoob, have you never considered having a reliable diesel for work and scoob for pleasure? the amount of money you'd save in fuel alone would surely cover the costs of having two cars?

Yea, loadsa miles, but its just the way i work.
If...no, when i get rid of my sport & get the turbo will get B&B's
near where i work. I currently commute a lot. That will save about 16k miles, although cost me up front , i will save on fuel & mileage/depriation on the scoob.
Better allround than driving a diesel up n down the motorways.
Having read a few bits n bobs, Yea it looks like a true RA, white,no spoiler, closed deck block, short gearbox(got warned off RA's by brother in law, says will cost loads more in fuel, cos of type of gbox), but quiiiiiick.
not much electrics in these, no elec windows or air con (i think).
