For Sale :-

99 `V` reg model Sti Version 6 Coupe R.

3-door, Met. Grey with 17' gold OZ spoked alloys.
43k, FSH, A/C. E/W. C/C. R/C/L. ABS.
STI Interior i.e White Dials, MOMO Wheel etc.
Cat 1 Alarm.
3rd Owner

The car comes with a new :-
Clutch plate / bearing / cable + skim'ed fly-wheel
Hybrid Turbo + 360` thrust bearings
New brake disks all round, new pads and replaced g/b, rad, diff oils
New Tyres
All belts / Cam belt replaced.

The car has had several improvments including
Scooby Sport Down pipe
HKS Dump Value
Extra fueling to prevent it going lean at high revs.

It has the usual Type R extras like water spray, adjustable transfer box, standard high level big spoiler and close ratio gearbox. Car comes with mats, 10Cd player.

Im selling the car due to not using it much now a days. I have 3 cars and this just stays in a private under ground car park, never used. Thats living in London for you. This car has had everything checked, serviced and replaced if necessary and is in top condition due to orginal intention to keep the car as an expensive boy toy ! hahaha, but now need the money for a house.

Car was last serviced at 41K miles, which was in Sept 02. That means Ive only done 2K miles in 6 odd months, that shows you how infrequent I use it now. Just booked it in for an intrim service, so will be all refreshed when I come to sell it.

I am seeking a good home for it. It is my baby and Ive looked after her very well, but needs must. Car has only EVER BEEN run on Optimax + octain boost.

Please, no agencies, not w*nkers, no test pilots, no part exhange offers. Car does currently have a private plate, this ISNT INCLUDED and will be removed once the car has been sold.

Offers £14,500 ono

If generally interested, I have pics which my brother can send you via an email address.

Hiya all,

I do have pics of the car. Not too sure how to upload them to this site, but you can email my brother and he will send you some.

sbk1972@hotmail.com

Its pretty much a standard looking STI Version 6 Coupe R, in cool grey. But it has 17" Ozx gold alloy wheels.

Gents,

Car has to be sold. Looking for around £14000 which considering the condition, history and speed of this thing is incredibly good value.

No need to worry about blown engines, this has the ECU / Piggy back alteration + extra fueling so will NOT GO LEAN at high revs.

This thing will blow away anything, porsches, TVR's, etc etc

Nothing is wrong with the car, its pure due to a house sell and myself liquidating some cash.

Car has been sold.

I do hope the new owner looks after it as well as we have. This was one powerful car. It doesnt have acceleration, it has thrust !!!!

He has brought a great example of a rocket car.

Thanks for all your interest

Due to timewasters, the car is now back on sale. The car is getting a service today so there's another thing you dont have to do.

£14,500

A bttt and a word of advice. I had a MINT version 5 2 door forsale. I put it on here to see what interest i would get and everybody just wants to knock you on the price.
I put it on the autotrader website and had 3 people wanting to buy it within days, I sold it for £17500 in the end. This was only a week ago, my car may even still be advertised on the autotrader. It was also grey, but with 18's.

Good Luck. They are amazing cars and i cant find anything to replace it.

Cheers for the advice.

I will look at the auto trader now.

I started off here first because it such a good example and I wanted a fellow STI believer, like myself, to take over / adopt it :-)

It would break my heart to see some w4nker from autorader to buy it and rape it.

£14,500 is a good price. And the car is 100%, genuine, fully serviced and 100% sound. When I brought it, I looked at so many, good the crappy examples around, all clocked, all showing the standard 21K miles "Just imported from Japan" bull5hit.

This cars history can be traced from day 1, the same garage has serviced the car from day one.

Anyway, Ive tried my best, offered it to the group, all I seem t oget is pi55 takers regarding price. Quality Costs !!!!

Yeap, car still for sale. I really must get organise the Autotrader guy to take a pic. Mind you this weather doesnt help. Car sticks like glue. :-) Just been serivced, drove it last night and remember why we brought the car ! hahahaah Talk about quick.
I do think my twin turbo supra is far quicker from 100mph onwards, but 0-95mph, talk about thrust ! ;-)

Lovely car anyway, so, not only is it in great nick, its fully serviced, fueled and ace conditon.

If interested, phone Frank 07966 143565
