If you do end up giving it back to the dealer, would you consider swapping me your front seats for my 'sport' front seats with side airbags? They're in mint condition and the dealer will never know
There's a few quid in it for you
Good luck with the sale...

Doesn't sound too bad if your only selling it back to them and not trading in for another car.
Seen countless threads on here saying that bugeyes are now only worth 12K in a private sale
Might be worth trying to haggle them up a bit or saying that you'll except 14K but without the morrettes which you can sell on here for a couple of hundred.

why don't you stick it in the autotrader?
You';ve demonstrated the bollock's arguments of all those on here who say that UK cars have stronger residuals than EU cars - UK list £21995 - and 6 months later £14000.
Ouch

Well I didn't pay that for it. And the dealer's first question was "it's not a import is it?"
Plus I want a quick sale as I'm off abroad for some training for the rest of the year
Hope you don't have a EU import

Vel Boy if you give it back to the dealer would you consider selling the Morettes to me. I doubt very much if that will make any difference to them whatsoever!
Just a thought

It not about free market trade it’s about the manufacturers artificially keep the prices in UK high; by telling the dealers don’t touch imports or we will **** you over
This is just another example of rip off Britain.
Sorry mate but that just the way it is until we make a stand and tell them all to **** off.

I have seen and driven this car, it is nice to drive but then again apart from the STi it is the only WRX I have driven.
It looks good with the Morette headlights and AFAIK it has been treated well, or at least it was when he was last in Germany and could not keep up with me
Go on buy it you know you want to....

I've been offered 14K by the dealer so I'm sure its worth more. Any sensible offers above 14K will be considered.
This car is practically just run in 7800miles. Completely standard apart from those sexy morrettes.
If it goes to the dealer he'll wack on a fair few K and some poor person on here may well buy it.
Come get before you pay even more for her
