faster I think as the radious of the tyre is smaller. I may be talking mince here, but that's my theory! Don't experiment with speed cameras and come running back to me if I'm wrong!!

205/40/17 ? i thought standard size people bought for a Scoob were either 205/45/17 ot 215/40/17? if its a typo and its one of these sizes i may be intrested.

yep, normal scooby sizes are 205/45/17 or 215/40/17.

£280 is the cheapest price new from Mytres.net (215/40/17)

These are 205/40/17, they were bought for a Clio 16v, but i don't need them now - i know a lot of people who look on here don't just own scoobys - sorry if it was confusing!

Using 205/40/17s on a scooby isn't going to make a hell of a lot of differnce to having a 45 profile - will affect speedo accuracy very slightly and that's about it.
