Ok first off some more pics to wet ones appetite.
Ok, although it says I have 80 odd posts ive had at least 800 posts but when I cancelled my aol account a month ago I lost my scoobynet Password and thus had to start a new profile. Theres nothing dodgy about the car, all the parts are standard except the ones mentioned. I researched buying a scoob in great detail and for me this was the peach, everything seemed to be in order and thus the purchase. I dont want to get into a big debate on justifying its Validity, although I did expect it when posting it on scoobynet, the seats have Colin Mcraes Signature on the Drivers side and Co Driver on Passenger side albeit faded. They havent been removed, I did look into having them re-embroidered but it would mean removing the seat cover and if there was a problem, what would I be left with so that Idea was binned.
The red inlets came on the later models and from most ive seen the red paint just flakes off.
Oh and I just had some Mintex Pads added too.

Lovely looking car.
VLimited RA's are the best!
Two quick questions...
Are you absolutely sure it has a Closed Deck block? Have you checked the casting marks on the block to confirm this?
Are you absolutely sure it has a quick steering rack? How many turns lock to lock does it need?

Hmm lots of interest but no takers,
Although I posted £9K asking price, £8K was the lowest I would accept.
So the car is now advertised at £8K, but no offers im afraid.
Damm, thats £2K in six months and £1.5K on new parts making a depreciation loss of 3.5K in six months, now thats depreciation.
Mind you the GF folks went to get their Golf GTI valued it was bought 2 years ago its depreciated £9K !!! What a shocker!!

Unfortunately I cant take a part exchange or £7.5K.
Sorry.
I allowed for taking the price down a grand, as I cant be bothered with the haggling and waiting ect so Im gonna advertise it for my rock bottom price of £8K.
People are coming to see the car now, so who wants to drive away this awesome ltd model??
