Do these include the bit to connect to the suspension strut to prevent the hose chaffing on the wheel ?

I bet you any money they are the mild steel lines without the clear coating? Chalk and cheese....

Not sure m8, but Rally Design told me they were the stainless steel ones (part# SSU0201-4).
