Don't use my T39m now anyway, as crap.......connector gone all funny (Ericssons usual crappy connnectors) and build quality crap.
Went back to Nokia - can't beat them! Good standby time on T39m though - 10 days.....

Yeah - T28 was state of the art ....... 3 years ago :-(

T28 does not have bluetooth, it has a crap 3 line display, it does not have GPRS, and does not have the lithium polymer battery of the T39m. Don't even know if it does predictive text!!!!

It has a similar form factor, but T39m is superior in every way. Not *that* easily confused.

I dearly hope it is a genuine mistake.....

I have dealt with ian on several occassions, and from my dealings with him i would guess that this is a genuine mistake.

Thanks for all the support.
I would like to say that I have e-mailed and discussed the problem with Ian.
At present we have come to an amicable agreement and the phone will be returned etc.....

Please close the topic mod's.
I am sure that this is simple a mistake on behalf of Ian and nothing more needs to be read into this.

Thumbs up

Excellent news & I'm glad that it has been sorted out amicably

I will leave this post here until the morning sometime in order that people that may have been following get to know the outcome, so as not to think dark thoughts of any parties concerned

T28 is WAY different from a T39m.
You have been conned big style if it is not a mistake!!!

£65 for a T28 is also a bit overpriced.

Oh dear :-(
