I think what puts people off is the fact you can get a full set of 18" wheels and tyres for just over £850 now a days..!!

£1800 is a lot for some 18" you can get lightweight oz racing superleggara in 18" with tyres for £1140....!!! and a set of 19" for only £1499..

There prices are from www.revolution.eu.com who are based in gateshead..

Richie,

Although I'd say that £850 was a little optimistic, £700-£750 is not unreasonable. I had several buyers for mine at that price, and I've seen a few other sets go for similar amounts.

Re the Prodrive ones, have you ordered them yet? If not, you might wish to consider shopping around various dealers and tyre suppliers. Mail me if you've got any questions.

"Me and my mate" both sold our Sti7 alloy wheels for 500 quid each, when we did the 18" wheel upgrade. The 17" alloys were in very good condition, but had done +/- 10K miles and the tyres were almost done...and how much does 4 new boots cost?

500 quid + 4 news boots must = 8 to 900 quid. I would think anywhere around 600/700 quid is a damn good deal for the buyer...if they want standard sti wheels.

Hope this helps...and I agree with the shop around comment on the 18" wheels. Find a dealer that has then in stock and hassle him down to 1500 quid.

Jools

RichieM,
The wheels cost £275 + vat EACH from Subaru + tyres at £100 + a corner for Bridgestone.
So about £423 A CORNER new price, plus wheel nuts extra.

To give you an idea of their new value.

Cheers MTR

From all your posts I think £675 is a fair price for unused ones.
