The car is being priced sensibly to sell, but for obvious reasons I will not post the price here!!
This is a for sale forum after all and a price might help you shift it quicker.
Nice looking car though, why you selling?

1) There is a history on here of people posting "the car isn't worth that, I saw one last week in the Beano for £4.75" type responses, which helps nobody.
2) Because i've had it for a year, and anybody on here that knows me knows that is a long time for me to keep a car. Time for a change

All posts and threads within the "FOR SALE" forum must only contain information pertaining to the advertising of goods, or the request for information about such goods. Replies to adverts complaining / questioning the price or quality of the goods are harmful and often misleading and are therefore not allowed. For this reason, "buyer beware" is also an important consideration.
So anything that doesn't is removed or edited

Don't worry mate, the mods will look after you.
Now Puff, what shall we price it as 15 or 16k?
Josh
PS On a serious note. We're really trying to come down hard on that type of post at the moment. Almost everyone's been a victim of it, and it's got to stop.

STI MY03 next? Nah, you are way off.......I fancy a total change - Vauxhall VX220 Turbo - 0-60 4.8, 0-100 12.6, it will eat virtually anything this side of a Ferrari 360 Modena according to EVO

Sorry Sammy,
I'd be prepared to go through the ceremony if is wasn't for what you want me to do with the barbed wire, the donkey and the lightly gritted tub of swarfega. I've only just got rid of the last infection.
Apart from that, I'm too cheap.
Come on Dave, you know you want an '8'

Damn fine cars Dave - both of them. Good luck with the sale. I'm in a similar mood at the moment. I really fancy something completely different next time as well - the words 'Elise' and 'Sport 160' keep coming up
To anyone considering this car: Having been in both of these cars - you won't find better examples.

I've had it a year - that's a lifetime
Floyd
Too late - we've just sold the blue one
Didn't like the snotty attitude of TVR/their dealers - I want the dealer to think I am doing HIM a favour for £48,800, not the other way round

Just cos your cars so nice!!
Just remember....VX220's are Vauxhalls!
Buy a Focus RS, Stick it in your garage or do 8k, sell it in a year for £24k!!
London Ford dealers are trying to buy spare Northern ones at list price to sell them to you southerners for £25k!!
All the best

I don't wear rose tinted spectacles
I'm a great Focus fan, but the RS is a seriously flawed motor car!
I'm not a badge snob (what Impreza owner can be ) so the fact the VX220 turbo is a Vauxhall doesn't bother me in the slightest - dare I say I can probably see off the odd RS or two in it too

LOL
We are only using one car between Monday - Friday now, so the CTS STi has been replaced with a Seat Leon 20VT Supra (in catsick yellow, naturally ) for use as a daily runaround, and the VX220 turbo will become the weekend toy
