The good bits:
148bhp
MOT until Sept 03
Wheel at each corner
6 CD changer/radio cassette
Black paintwork
Tiff Needell raved about them in last week's Autocar!!
FSH - with big fat folder of receipts to back it all up (ringbinder not included
)
35mpg
ABS
Reliable
The ugly truth:
Likes to slip out of 5th gear occasionally (linkage? wear? old age?)
Little bit scruffy
Dampers are worn
...as are tyres, but they're legal
Very short tax - runs out end of April
140,000 miles.
Anybody want this car????
Please email me offline.

Moe
Good to hear from you. We are both doing fine. We will be at the April PE rolling road so may see you then if you can make it.
I see you are breaking the Scoob. Does this mean it has taken all this time to sort out the insurance claim?
Are you still driving the beemer or have you got something more interesting?
Regards
Alan
