November 2002 Civic Type R... Bargain!

Hi all,
My beloved CTR has to go so here is the spec:
Milano Red
Registered November 2002 but with a private Type R plate (T22YPR)
Air con
Type R mats
Clifford Concept 300 CAT 1 alarm and immobiliser
only 4500 miles
Immaculate, as new
Plus all the usual Type R bits:
17 inch alloys
6 speed gearbox
ABS with EBD
Twin airbags
CD player
Electric windows, heated electric mirrors
Black alcantara seats
Balance of manufacturers 3 year 60k mile warranty remaining
Genuine reason for sale (VX220 on it's way!)

It is a UK spec car bought through Virgin cars, which has come into the UK through the Netherlands. It is identical to a UK apart from:
a) The Clifford Concept 300 alarm/immobiliser - this is actually superior to the ones that Honda fit as standard
b) The warranty is the Honda pan European one rather than a UK one - this means 3 year 60k rather than 3 year 90k. I have had a bit of warranty work done on the car by a dealer and have been treated no differently from a customer that had purchased from them. Honda UK will confirm the warranty if you want to check
The V5 says 'new at first registration' and nothing about the car being an import. All in all it is virtually identical to the UK car save for the 30k on the warranty
