FOR SALE:
AE800 (brown label) ECU for MY99/00
Direct replacement for AE802.
Increased power (+20BHP!) and better drivability.
Look at the following web page to see the differences which shows AE801 v's AE802 (the AE800 is slightly better than AE801).

Bob, I need to check which ECU I have fitted on my MY99. If it is the AE802, I would be interested in buying your unit. I will check this afternoon and post again later.

AE802's were only fitted to MY00's, MY99's had either an 800 or 801 depending on when it was manufactured.

Hmm would this affect my warranty? Tried ringing my local subaru garages and they are all closed midday on a sat.

Suprised this is still for sale!
I've got an AE800 in my MY00 and its a big improvement over the AE802.
