Hi, just a few points to help you in your sale.

If you are serious about selling then it's probably best to advertise somewhere else if you are asking that sort of money as people won't pay it on here. Most people on here will have an idea of the market price. You are asking top money for an 8 year old car that doesn't even really have low mileage, it just doesn't make sense to price it that high. Knock at least 2 grand off it and it will create more interest.

Good luck in the sale.

Angry

why dont some people read this:

Replies to adverts complaining / questioning the price or quality of the goods are harmful and often misleading and are therefore not allowed. For this reason, "buyer beware" is also an important consideration.

Cool

the only reason u may wana consider advertsing elsewhere is if most people on here already have a scooby but price comments unconstructive & unnecessary!
BTT 4 a nice lookin motor, do like the colour

That is exactly why I pointed out the other cars. I am not one for "It's only worth yada yada yada..." Just that a question was asked and I answered it to the best of my knowledge.

Question

why dont some people read this:

Dan
Why don't some people get a life. The chap asked for an opinion on the price and I gave it, or didn't you see that?

And reading between the lines, perhaps the reason that you have a MY95 WRX you feel anything knocking the price will harm the resale prices? Heheh, or am I being too cynical

I didn't say what it was worth, I said what people would pay for it. People know the market value and if they see other MY95's that are less than that they will want to pay less for this one. It's all about being realistic but I do agree that quality sells. So if it is a good example and it looks that way, it should be worth more.

7k is dealer money, and if he is in serious debt will want a quick sale. It's an old car, however cool and desirable it may be. Markets dictate prices and if it's flooded with cheap imports like this then people are going to be looking to do a deal.

But as I said, good luck with the sale.

wakeboardar you just answered your own question with your second post..it will be worth the money. Im no doogooder at all, just dont see how people can base a price on a car soley on the fact there are two others that are very cheap in the for sale forum other Mreg WRX's for £5K are likly to be sheds..!!!

Like i said look on autotrader..!!

If its any consolation,I reckon that colour on that model should add say £500 to the value over similar cars of that age in the common colours.

Don't know... if you look at other adds on here, there are other M/N reg WRX's with similar miles for £5k to £5.5k...

Do you have any pics of the interior to see what the alcantara interior looks like?
