3inch straight through Hayward & Scott DP for MY01+ with Splitter mod for sale.
Bought it & got the splitter mod done by H&S but decided not to fit due to potential sale of scoob.
Forgot to mention that i also got a boss welded to it for use with the EGT sensor. Research showed that the dp is cooler than the up-pipe, so with the EGT sensor fitted to the DP there is very little chance of it melting and making the car come to a halt.
Looking for £140 + postage pr you can pick it up for £140

Hi Bob,
I'm new to this modding game, even though I've had the car for a year and a half! I've just fitted a WR SPort back box and will have the rear cat replaced with the PPP catless pipe by the weekend. Will the DP you are selling fit with these parts and compliment them? Will the noise level be raised a lot (and power)? Is it esay to fit and what is the sensor thingy for? Sorry for all the questions, just don't want to waste your time or my money. Email me at Dan_Maskell@Hotmail.Com if you prefer.
Cheers,
Dan
Edited as forgot to ask your location?

Hello Dan
This DP will not fit onto yours as the standard pipe is 2.5". Unless you change to a 3" system.
Changing a DP will give more noise and more performance.
THe splitter mod on the end produces much greater back pressure than a standalone DP.
The EGT sensor is usually located in the up-pipe. However, many people have had melted EGTs due to the immense heat in the up-pipe causing the car to turn into Limp mode (stall). So on the recommendation of Pat, i have got H&S to make a bos on the DP for the EGT as it is much cooler there.
Hope this helps
Bob

Thanks for the reply Bob,
So does the whole lot need to be changed to a 3" system to accomodate your up pipe? I assume the PPP centre pipe is only 2/5"? If so, are there any up pipes out there in 2.5" or is it not worth swapping unless you go 3"?
Cheers,
Dan

It is the downpipe im selling!!![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
The up-pipe is before the turbo (which holds one cat) and is tiny.
The downpipe is the 3" section. (custom made for better performance) Std is still 2.5"
You then get the resonator pipe, then centre section, then backbox.
The only way you can get to use a 3" DP is if you go for a performance exhaust system i.e. HKS, Blitz, Hayward & scott and a few others.
Let me know if you are after any parts.
However, the prodrive decat only replaces the centre & not the resonator so in my honest opinion is not worth what it is!!!!
