Lol, I can relate mate, I just bought a scoobyworld afterburner yesterday and its very loud, by the end of the day i ended up ringin em up n tellin em to take it back and give me something a little quieter!

They were actually quite cool about it and all I have to pay is the postage charge. Why dont you try doing the same? Exchange it for something quieter!

Good luck M8!

perfectly good ppp arriving anytime....

also i flattened the pipe slightly (about the size of a 10p) where it passes the suspention mounts as it rattled on the body, after 40 mins on the ramp i got fed up...

Is it a 2.5in pipe or 3in???

If its 3in then definitely interested.

Bob:
taken from TSL Website:
Using the finest Stainless Steel from Sheffield, England these precision hand fabricated boxes feature some unique design touches that put them in a class of their own.

All Box welds polished flat for enhanced appearance
Unique TSL "R" Clip Fixings for total fixing security
Unique Clamp Band System to ensure precision alignment to any centre pipe
6" Body with 5" Slash cut Tail pipe
Unique Drilled supports for incredible strength
Entire System made from 3014 Grade stainless.. including ALL hangers and brackets. This is NOT the case with most of these systems
UNLIMITED Lifetime warranty
We have also taken a long time to ensure that unlike most Japanese boxes this back box maintains the deeper exhaust notes and off-beat "dugga-dugga" flat four sound that is lost on those systems.

As with all TSL systems this back box will mate to any OE centre or reputable aftermarket centre with 2 5/8" Bolt flanges.

Think BL means the the pipework from the silencer to where it joins the centre section.

The answer Bob is 2.5"

ryk YHM, Gordo, HYM too!.

Dent is vert minor, i could find no way of getting it to pass suspention/body without rattling (clearance was 2-3mm), std backbox has a far bigger bend in the pipe to clear it.

Although i should have fitted it and tried it before doing the 'mod'
