I've got a K&N Induction kit for sale, un-opened, all in it's plastic wrappers and box still.

Will fit a MY97 or MY98 - model number 57-0247.

£45 + postage.

I'm selling cos the car is going to have to go (going to lose my license for speeding) and never got around to fitting it to the car. Either reply, or mail me if your interested.

Cheers,
David

What sort of power increase does it give % wise?

Is it the complete kit?

Insurance quoted me an extra £98 to add this extra!!! They reckon it would add 10% more power!! This cant be correct can it?

If so, then sorry mate I will stick with the standard car. Good look with the sale.

Unhappy

Sorry to hear the insurance quote, some companies are ok with it, some aren't. You wouldn't get 10% out of just the induction kit anyway, but by the time you've got a straight through exhaust, you'd be getting towards that.

Some insurance co's don't allow any mods, some let you have up to 10% increase for only a small premium rise, some let you have unlimited mods for a set premium rise.

So still for sale...
