G Reg 1600 205 GTI.Just been resprayed in red has ecosse front bumper,lowered,1900gti alloys,K&N Filter,Tinted Rear side windows,Powerflow Exhaust,Imobaliser,6x9 Speakers & 6 Months MOT.Car has done 111,000miles only bad point is drivers seat is ripped but is covered with a snap on seat cover apart from thats its good.Its the model that has not got leather interior .Bargain @ £450.Engine Good runs fine no knocks or bangs.Will post pictures tonight.Car is near Carlisle in North Cumbria 07986038231

How is gearbox? I understand that the high-mileage pugs quite often have syncromesh problems.

To put your mind at rest - I have two 1.9 Gti's, one has done 132K and the other 144k. Neither have syncro probs
