pics as promised..
for the last 12 years it has been waiting to be built....
Im posting this for a friend, he bought it a while ago, has finished it ready for SVA but got sidetracked & bought an R1, so, funnily enough has lost interest.
He had it MOT'd about 2 months back, then since hasnt had time to get it SVA'd, reckon theres about 1 days work just fitting a few bolt covers, bits of trim etc.
It has done about 0.5 mile on road to check as everything was ok for MOT.
It is as NEW. Absolute bargain for a GENUINE westy.

Thats look cool, and certainly appears a bargain, but I am not sure I would feel comfortable driving a car someone I did not know built. Try and put my mind at ease!
Can you put another engine in it. Eg Vauxhall 2 litre 16 vavle? Zetec?
Regards.

Hi mate,
I am seriously interested, but I am in London on business from about an hours time til late tonight, if there is any chance you could put me top of the list and I'll get back to you 1st thing tomorrow?
Does it come with a tonneau cover?
Also where is the car currently?
cheers
Ed

cheers for adding the pics guys..
I wouldnt be worried about who built the car..
http://www.europartsmotorsport.co.uk
Ian (he owns europarts) built the car.
Did you ever see the mental orange twin engined R5???
He built that from scratch.

you could put whatever engine you want in it, he was going to fit a turbo R5 lump, but, because of his R1, he is nopw selling it.
I have basically exactly the same car, mine had a x-flow, but I swapped that for a fireblade.
Your only limitation is your mind & most probably budget.

My mates has a 330bhp cossie engine which is possbily the route I would go. My taxi is here in 20 mins, as I have said, if you can wait til the morning, 1st thing, I will let you know 100% then.

if any of you want to discuss it in more detail, please call me after 5pm on 07775 622241
There will literally be no cost needed to get it through SVA (apart from the test fee) as it is complete.
Its just a case of the niggly bits like covering all the edges etc with rubber trim.

I am interested as it falls into the budget I want to spend. But not really the ideal engine I wanted. Has it got the Sierra Type 9 gearbox fitted?
Is it a Q plate or H/J. Or do you have to wait to get the SVA before getting the plate.
Roughly whereabouts is it.
Thanks Stuart
