BTTT again. Any idea on my query Col??

I've also been offered what a guy reckons is a 2 turn lock to lock rack, but I guess that would be dangerous on a motorway!!

Fitting a quick rack is more of an advantage when having to wind opposite lock on and off ,it does make the car more responsive ,as for the higher ratio rack on motorways don't worry,and BTTT
