The model number on the box is 809.40.20 and the date is 02/2002. I think this has since been replaced with the 829.40.20 as it looks exactly the same on their website. If you search for aquastream on www.aqualisa.co.uk you will see a picture. First offer over £100 + postage will secure the deal.
