Well folks

It looks as if I will need to part with my pride and joy as I can no longer afford to keep her. I have looked after her well and I'm sure a lot of you who have seen her would agree with me.

My P1 is on a "W" reg 2000, but it's got my private plate on it which is not included. However, the plate that used to be on it, before I bought her had a "P1" plate on it, so I'll try and get that back.

She has done 19,500 miles and I'm the second owner.
It has the following on the car:

STI rear clusters.
18" Gold Prodrive Wheels.
Blitz system with Nur Spec R Back Box.
H & S downpipe with Splitter Mod.
Blitz Induction Kit.
EcuTek 3 ECU.
Clear Front and side Indicators.
It has full file of documented Service History.
Indoor Car Cover Included.

I'm looking for £20,000 with all the mods included or £19,000 just as standard but including the 18" Wheels.

I'm not interested in part exchanges at all and if you want to view the car, it can be seen at S & S Services (Ayr, Scotland) by appointment only. Finance can be arranged if needed and I am not open to silly offers.

This is the best car I've ever owned and I really wish I can afford to keep her. But I've got to face reality and face the fact that so she has to go. This is the saddest day of my life and I hope the person who buys it will look after it the same way as I did.

Thanks

Gordon Shek

Gordon, if only I had the money!!

I can vouch that Gordon keeps his cars so clean, you could eat your dinner off the intercooler!!

Best of luck and the Terzo says 'hello'

Dougster

The reason your wagon's faster than mine is because I don't abuse my cars like you do! Besides, that DIY "Water Cooler For The Intercooler" of yours must make all the difference, must give you at least 100 BHP more!

Dougies549

The only reason it sparkles is that it doesn't get out often, and every other day it gets polished! And after it's polished, it goes back underneath the car cover. I think the car gets more polished than it gets driven!

I think you've eventually caught on to the idea that I don't drive the P1 fast is when you tried to "race me" often enough only to be disappointed with no challenge!

Don't thnk I will be getting another fast car for a very long while as I've too much on my plate at the moment.

Ed

What have you been up to? Glad to here the Terzo's still well looked after. Still amazes me that you came all the way up from Essex, and bought the car there and then! That Terzo must still impress you. You've got to keep tradition, all the previous owners of that Terzo had moved up onto a P1! Ah, I've had fond memories of the Terzo as well. *sigh*

You know, I didn't expect a lot of people, if any, to vouch for me that this P1 is a clean example and I'm really surprised by it. Comments like these really make me think that I should really keep her. If only I can win the lottery or something, still Saturday's a rollover so there's still hope for me yet........................

Gordon,

As much as I would like to carry on the tradition of the Terzo/P1 club, I think the call of the TVR Tuscan is to great. Mind you, that won't be for a year or six. Until then I'll just have to put up with the Terz!! Never mind, it's a heavy cross to bear I know!!

BTTT,

Ed
