ok ok after an 18hr day the mind wanders a little 
edited coz i cannt spell and iam fecked bin up since 1am working

Easy really,
1. Re-arrange spelling error of the word 'How' to 'Who' and strategically place a ? at the end of the question.
2. Get muppet to post picture of said In car TV screen
3. Get muppet to add pertinent and relevant details of 'When' and 'Where' the add for said In car TV screen was seen'.
4. Do a search for said In car TV screen and find 10 postings in June.
