I have in my possession (sp?) a set of cogs that fit on an import 22B to convert it to the same spec (gearing wise) as a UK 22B.

Could even be worth buying if you have a UK car as insurance for the future.

Cost £2500 + the dreaded new

Yours for £1500. Will NOT post, far too heavy!

Tim

Edited for price

Right I've found out what they are and where they go.......

Ok there are 2 sets of crown wheel and pinions. 1 goes in the gearbox and the other set goes in the rear diff. They are a matched pair and as such must be fitted together. It serves to lift the gearing and results in a higher final drive. It's the rear set that are unobtainable, just had that confirmed.

Would need a transmission expert to fit this stuff.

Gold dust.

Still for sale.

There are 410 cars out there that could benefit from these cogs!

Question

Apologies for thread hijack but...

'American spec Nissan Skyline'

eh?

The Skyline isn't sold in the states... And the Q45 (Nissan Skyline V35 alike now sold in the states) wasn't around in 98/99.

Angry

Thanks for your unhelpful comments...take it up with Prodrive then. I can only quote what I've been told.

I refer you to the post at the top of the For sale forum

"All posts and threads within the "FOR SALE" forum must only contain information pertaining to the advertising of goods, or the request for information about such goods. Replies to adverts complaining / questioning the price or quality of the goods are harmful and often misleading and are therefore not allowed. For this reason, "buyer beware" is also an important consideration."

Are you interested in these items or not? If not.......

Tim
