1993 RX7 Type-R in Montego Blue

Full engine rebuild by Geff @ Reworx, including recored rad and all vacuum piping replaced.
Only 2000 miles covered since rebuild, second visit to Geff for checkup and oil change showed everything to be perfect.
Standard sepc for Type-R includes air con, twin oil coolers, and alcantra seats, and ive fitted a cat1 alarm/immobiliser.
Sensible mods, consisting of:
HKS Twin Filter Induction
Knightsports ECU
Racing Beat Exhaust, including decat. Metalit High Performance cat supplied for MOT times.
HKS alluminium intercooler piping
Momo Steering Wheel
Volk Racing split rim 17" alloys
Mazdaspeed quick shift kit and gearknob.
Apexi Boost Guage
Pioneer DEH7400 MP3 player, and Pioneer speakers (fit into stock area, so not intrusive at all, but a good quality system)
Interior is in very good condition, seats have no burn marks etc, and are perfect.
The car is in very good overall condition, the only minor things to point out are:
There are two small dings (about the size of 50p coins). One at the front right panel, and one on the rear right panel.
The little box thingy on the drivers door has a lid, but the hinges are broken.
The front wheel arches, where the metal folds up under the wheel arch (so not visable without looking under there) have been knocked from the previous Jap owner have a liking for very low suspension.
The suspension is stock, but the rear sits slightly higher than the front because Geff had to put touring springs on the back, and Type-R springs at the front, due to what he had in at the time I asked him to change the low stuff out.
Car handles well, but I would recommend a set of lowering springs, Geff recommended Racing Beat, which are around £180 from Rotechniks.
Performance wise, the car is simply stunning. It pulls very hard, and both turbo's are healthy.
Estimate the car is putting out a comfortable 300BHP, and it certainly feels it, very very fast.
Ive put a lot of work into the car to get it into the condition its in, and with its engine having been rebuilt, it should give many years of good motoring.
Its a very reluctant sale, but im looking to enter the world of cheaper motoring, but am not totally anti holding onto it
just at this time, I would benefit from having something cheaper to run as my everyday car.

Im looking for £9800, and feel this is a fair price considering the rebuild having been done recently, and the condition of the car.

Should also mention the engine has 11 months warranty on it from Reworx, and the car itself has 8 months warranty remianing on the warranty scheme through Motorcare.
