lol i didnt make any comment about your advert i simply commented on the fact i shudda held onto mine when i upgraded my phone.

i paid under 100 about a month after launch and even at launch it was about 140 on most tariffs.
it wasnt a dig at you and about imei numbers and why i throw my old phones.

yeah i am sorry m8 i didnt mean to attack u, i honestly do end up chucking the old phones when i upgrade, well if my lil sis dont have them and she had a 7650 at the time.

Sulli - I think its got something to do with "duty free" **** and booze being illegal to sell on, whereas anyone over the age of 14 can legally buy and own an air weapon....

to be honest best place to sell imported **** is at local garages or industrial estates, most the mechanics etc smoke ull get 30 a carton easy
totally understand scoobynets stance on the **** though m8, they cud get in trouble for allowing it on their forum, im sure they dont actually care but they cant openly condone it

Under TP&D that everyone agrees (makes contract with SN) to stick to, the posting of anything that is "violative of any law" is not allowed. That will include revenue fraud such as re-selling foreign bought ****/booze, ticket touting (sales sometimes) and any of the myriad other things that we all "know" are technically illegal but turn a blind eye to.
As Buzz correctly points out, the sale of AirGuns is not illegal unless to someone under the age of 14, so is permissable on SN as long as the item is not sold to someone under 14. The rules on that are the same for any magazine publisher and the onus is on the vendor to adhere to.
