For sale, Apexi Power FC with Commander from a 1993 December Impreza WRX, mapped in Japan for around 270bhp I think. Should fit quite a few different Impreza's, best to find out from an Apexi specialist.

I want £400 for the ECU, & £120 for the commander. Note I will not sell the commander seperately and if not wanted I will keep for my skybus. I will knock off £100 if you can supply a standard ECU to fit my 93/dec WRX. This would be my preference.

I have a customer buying the car that would rather have a standard ECU than an Apexi unit. These things retail for over £800 new for the pair normally and very rarely come up for sale second hand I am told.

Yes they are if you have the right software.

They are mappable with the comander although this is difficult.
Its a great bit of kit. I have one in my RX7.

Errrm Chris... this is from a MY93, i.e it fits MY92-97. You'd have to get a loom adaptor etc made to fit it plus your old ecu (MY98) would be useless to this guy as it won't fit his loom plus there where other changes (idle switch etc) that means it would be a real ball ache to do.

Okay Tristan, what sort of car is yours, I want to make sure the ECU will fit okay.

Sorry I have been slow to reply.
We are very busy at the garage right now and I am busy trying to fix my ailing RX7 FD, its a very very fast one but seems to have an ignition coil gone down or something unpleasant.

These cars are fabulous but have MEGA expensive running cost.

True - Andy Forrest will supply, fit and map the ECU (with commander) for £750 - cheaper in a group buy situation.

Thats when i bought my car and from whom i bought the car wish i kept the Apexi but didn't know anything it so panicked and asked him to get rid of it.
