Whats the full spec on the 535 sport please and does everything work, also owners,is it BMW history. Also would it be much aggro bodywork wise to remove the spolier?

Thanks...

TO THE PERSON WHO WANTS TO DO A DEAL WITH THE GOLF,U MUST BE OFF YOUR TROLLEY MATE.GO FIND SOME OTHER MUG TO DEAL WITH. I AM TRYING TO SELL TWO VERY CLEAN AND RELIABLE BEAMERS AT A FAIR PRICE. MAY CONSIDER DOING A P/X WITH A DIESEL CAR. VECTRA/MONDEO/ESCORT. MUST HAVE TAX AND MOT, BE NEWER THAN N REG AND VERY CLEAN. PREFERED ALSO WITH SOME HISTORY.

Why must i be off my trolley ?? Im selling a low mileage very tidy golf gti with full vr6 conversion. Its worth more than both your bmw's even if its not what you are after.

IT HAS CLOTH INTERIOR,ALL ELECTRIC SEATS AND HEADRESTS.THE MILAGE IS SPACESHIP MILAGE BUT ITS A WELL LOOKED AFTER CAR.IT DOES'NT RATTLE,LOSE WATER OR LEAK ANY OIL.I WOULD HAPPILY LET AA OR RAC INSPECT IT.

I'D LIKE TO SEE THE GOLF PASS THIS 5 SERIES.IT MIGHT BE A VR6 BUT THE BEAMER WOULD PUT IT IN IT'S PLACE.

PMSL@rb5 !! Only just read that bit about putting my golf in its place. My mates 535i sport is mint and looks nice but cant touch my vr6 on acceleration or top-end. Im sorry but i think you are underestimating what a mk2 golf with a 2.8vr6 engine can do !!

"Fancy a deal on both the bmw's with a 1989 mk2 golf gti with full 2.8vr6 conversion ?"

mk2vr6

was your offer a serious one about swapping your 89mk2 golf, how many miles has it done, leather interior ? history etc. Only I have two BMW 535i Sports, both have complete M series upgrades full electrics, Bm service history. J reg 1991 has 88,000 miles all documented, grahite grey exterior, alpina alloys, 5 speed manual (much more fun), taxed until jan 04, MOT july 2004, JVC 12 disc cd changer, black leather interior, full computer etc mint condition.
G reg 1989, silver, automatic with sports/economy and motorway mode, full electrics, remote locking/alarm, 181,000 miles 172,00 with 1st owner who had it serviced completly with bmw south west, only one owner between me and him, car has done less than 1,000 miles since last mot in December, no problems just used for the old lady to potter back and forwards to the shops once a week - seriously ! Taxed until Jan 04, Mot'd till Dec 2003. Cloth interior. All seats are fine, drivers seat if you were fussy might want small stitching on leg support area but only tiny split and easy to rectify.
So if anybody is interested or you do fancy a swap then drop me a line, I would put some pics up but can't remember how - anybody help ?
Cheers

Aha cheers manc
