Okay, with over 150 views and no responses, people obviously have opinions. Let me know. I'm not worried about negative comments.
If anyone want's details on the car, please mail me direct to either of the above addresses. There are one or two little goodies but the car is far from highly modded.

Been trying to sell mine on here mate too (STI3 RA). Got a hell of a lot of calls when I put it in Autotrader instead, although alot of timewasters. Make sure you put in the ad no px and nc (no canvassers)

Yeah thanks Harps. I'm not adverse to Part ex for the right motor but DEFINITELY don't like canvassers.
Looks like it will have to be Autotrader shortly then!

Steve
Great looking car - wheels really suit it.
I was looking for a classic back in May but ended up on deciding to keep my car until around the same time next year. I had a px sorted with someone on here but it fell through Shame as you are local(ish) too.
Ah well, good luck with your sale anyway

Unless your prepared to accept muppets giving stupid offers like 5K I'd hold little hope on here. I purposefully priced mine (STI V2 as well) a bit high just to see if it got a response, but all I got was dreamers and rude dealers.
As for Auto Trader, I'd avoid them even more! Even with no canvassers etc, I was getting 4-5 finance companies a day (!!!!) calling me. I even had times when the same company were calling me on my home phone + mobile at the same time! Bl00dy disgraceful!
I think the way things are at the mo, I'm gonna keep an eye out and maybe part ex for something else, I just can't be ar$ed with selling an Impreza at the mo, regardless of how good a condition its in etc.
Either way, good luck! Hope you get what you want for it.
Alex.

Back at you Johnny.
Thanks Alex and Mike for your kind comments
Wish I didn't have to sell but buying a house so that takes priority and I don't want the scoob to suffer because of it.
