Dawes AFR Gauge
#2
Scott,
What is a Dawes AFR (does that mean Air Flow Rrrr)? I recently bought a Dawes device but have yet to fit it (or get it fitted). Do I need an AFR? I've heard some people fit knock link sensors, is this something completely different?
Cheers

Screamer,
Its an air/fuel ratio gauge, you should really use one if your altering the boost at all, just to make shure that there is enough fuel to cope with the increased boost pressure.
It is totally different from a Knock link but you should use one of these as well when increasing your power.
Forgot to say the email in my profile is not working so if anyone is trying to get me you can contact me on smccormack@ecggroup.co.uk
