2 x BMW 535i Sports - M spec
#1
I have two BMW 535i Sports, both have complete M series upgrades full electrics, Bmw service history.
J reg 1991 has 88,000 miles all documented,
- grahite grey exterior,
- alpina alloys,
- 5 speed manual (much more fun),
- taxed until jan 04,
- MOT july 2004,
- JVC 12 disc cd changer,
- black leather interior,
- full computer etc mint condition.
G reg 1989,
- silver,
- automatic with sports/economy and motorway mode,
- full electrics,
- remote locking/alarm,
- 181,000 miles 172,00 with 1st owner who had it serviced completly with bmw south west, only one owner between me and him, car has done less than 1,000 miles since last mot in December, no problems just used for the old lady to potter back and forwards to the shops once a week - seriously !
- Taxed until Jan 04,
- Mot'd till Dec 2003.
- Cloth interior. All seats are fine, drivers seat if you were fussy might want small stitching on leg support area but only tiny split and easy to rectify.
So if anybody is interested any sensible offers considered or if you fancy a swap then drop me a line.
I would put some pics up but can't remember how - anybody help ?
Cheers

Yes Yes My mates got the Beemer, It is quite sexy, and the wipers and horn work!! Ha Ha!
If you buy a car you should check things like that first, cos once you've sold or swapped it there is nothing you can do!!

Steve asked me log in here and say to you Simon,
" did you get his text message about the DVLA ?"
Also, when you have a **** of a friend like T5 Slim, who finds it clever to stuff people on a deal, wether it be a swap or a straight forward cash deal, it does not matter. People who think and find it clever to rip other people off should always remember one thing in life - You never know who you are actually dealing with and long term repercussions may cost you oneday.
One other thing, when you are told that the car you are taking, is MOT'd, you do assume, that simple things such as a horn, windscreen wipers all work. How many cars have you bought and thought I know I will test the wipers to see if they work as its 30c outside and the sun is shineing.
But there thats life !
Simon, Steve has since spoken to DVLA on your behalf, and also Cheltenham Police station as we have a contact there, just confirming for you that you actually own the car. Ok ? He hopes you are happy with this, and says he will no doubt see you again one day !

I did get the message about the dvla. Let me just get a few things straight,t5 slims views are his own and are not mine,i did not ask him or have anything to do with him posting what he did !! when you buy a car you should check everything out otherwise you do not know what problems the car could have,I was told by steve the vibrating from the front wheel was caused by incorrect wheel balancing, ive found out today that the front passenger wheel is shaped more like a fifty pence piece, also the diff mount is f****d and the rear subframe bush is f****d,so i also have problems with the car that i did not know about.
To the fact that you do not know who you are dealing with this is true on both parties involved and yes it could cause repercussions in the future and i take the last part of your reply'no doubt steve will be seeing you again' as a threat which i dont take lightly.
Steve has apologised to me for any grief or hassle caused to me in any way and i consider this to be the end of the matter which i am happy with and hope he is aswell.
If he has any problems with any of this i would quite gladly speak to him again.
Regards,
simon

I would also like to add that i am going to be getting the mot certificate checked as the car was only passed last month and has problems that shouldnt have passed any mot.
Also i have contacts at cheltenham police station who are interested in the way steve tried to get me to meet him to apparently ' swap documents ' and then go on to say he wanted his car back,he should have just told me his problem in the first place rather than F**K me around making excuses why he couldnt post the documents to me.
Could you please let steve know as soon as i recieve the logbook for the bmw i will send the golf logbook in the post.
Cheers,
simon
