Virtually brand new, only a few months road use.
The same make of turbo that was used on Andy Tang's (tango) 354bhp uk car here where it was only using 1.2 bar, can run much higher on an sti or other modified subaru.
According to Power Enterprise blurb its good for 1.7-1.8 bar!

Price new is approx £1800, willing to accept cash + VF28 in good condition or will take a SENSIBLE cash offer.

I hate to correct you!! ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
It made just over 300bhp at 1.2 bar with a boost controller.
It made the 354bhp (Power Engineering) or 340.5bhp (Tuning Japanese) running at 1.35bar/1.25bar (mid range/top end) with an APS FMIC and Link ECU (mapped by BRD)
All of this from a UK MY99 car!
