Dastek Unichip for sale. Used for only three weeks before car sold. Will fit any Subaru, Honda or Nissan. This is a "piggback chip" and can be programmed to overide your existing ecu. Once removed then your chip will revert back to it's previous settings.More info at the "Dastek" website. Cost New £350.00 for sale at £260.00. to include postage. cheers, Mike.

It appears that I may have priced this chip too high taking into account the cost of installation and remapping etc. THE PRICE IS NOW REDUCED TO £160.00 TO INCLUDE POSTAGE BY NEXT DAY DELIVERY. This should represent a saving of over £100.0 against supply and install by a unichip agent.

They are normally reprogrammed on a Rolling Road in realtime by a Unichip agent. Their details and locations can be found on the "Dastek UK" website. Cheers, Mike.

Would the tuning company accept a Unichip that hasn't been bought from them...?

Regards

With regard to both the preceeding posts, you may like to ask whichever tuning company you would be going to use. It all depends what they charge for RR times and their labour costs. Don't think that a company would object to fitting one they had'nt supplied as it is a genuine part and was supplied an fitted by Interpro in Bristol who are Unichip agents. hope this helps, cheers, Mike.
