I know I've only just got it, but I've been offered something more up my street!!! ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Peugeot 306 XSi
Black 3 Door
1996 with Irish plate (Similar plates sell for £800-2000!!)
66,000 miles
Major Dealer Service 64321 miles (with cambelt)
MOT until June 13th 2004
TAX until October 2003
Cambelt changed recently
Lots of tread on the tyres
Front brake disks & pads replaced this week
History:
Declared manufactured: 1996
Date of registration (with DVLA): 20-07-2000
Owners: 2 Previous owners listed
I have history for this car from date of registration 20-07-2000 servicing and all MOT's.
The car could be a N/P as the car was owned by the Ministry of Defense from new and therefore was not registered for a number plate for security reasons. The cars previous registered owner from the 20-07-2000 was a female soldier (who bought it from the MOD) who had the car until purchased by the previous owner on 17-05-2003.
The car has Full AA HPI certificates. The car is a full UK model and as I am assured the M.O.D.s servicing of there vehicles is very good and the condition of the car substantiates this.
Security:
The car has factory fitted alarm activated by remote central door locking, it also has deadlocks along with key pad imobiliser (rated as a Thatcham Catergory 2 device)
Honest time:
The car has a slight leak in the radiator, but better safe than sorry I have a new radiator on its way to me.
The clutch cable has stretched slightly, leaving a dead pedal at the bottom of the travel. Again a new one will be fitted.
There are 3 parking dents, nothing major and nothing Dentmaster can't fix.
Modifications:
The alloy wheels are not the standard staggered spoked XSi wheels, but the ones that come with the S16. I believe these were fitted by the dealer at the time of purchase.
I have a K&N induction kit on the way, but this has not arrived yet.
Other than that the car is completely standard.
Price & Location:
I'm based in SW London/Surrey
I'm asking £3,000 (a very fair price considering the condition of the car, recent work and the number plate)

Insurance costs me £320 a year!!! (rather than £750 on the Subaru)
I also get 30-35mpg on *NORMAL* unleaded fuel!!!![EEK!](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/eek.gif)
So a fun (good handling car) and cheap to run!!!
