First you need to upload them to a website or FTP server, we used to be able to use Turbosport but don't think we can any more.

then you put a link here i.e.

[ img ]http://www.my_site/my_picture[ /img ]

Without the spaces inside the brackets

if you have a hotmail account its dead easy.
save pic to my pictures.go to my pictures.click on the option publish to web.wizard kicks in.then link as above
