For sale : P1 lamp covers

Sold the car but the person buying it hasn't asked for the lamp covers.
Does anyone know what these are worth....? £1000 sound about right, only joking

Assuming you mean the full covers (With the P1 sticker) they do fit over standard Fogs, but not using the bracket that you would use to attach the P1 painted spot surrounds with.

I thought the P1 had little spots in the lamp covers???? am i not looking right it is just an hole in the cover and the lamp you can see is just the normal fog lamp you would get in the std MY00?

The P1 has small spots as you say, which have a painted 'surround'
Additionally the P1's came with a set of full covers that fit over the small spots and are the same to look at as the standard STI covers, but with different stickers. You can either fit the surrounds and have the spot lights visible, or take off the surrounds and fit the covers as per STI's. With the smaller spots on the P1 you can leave the lights in place and use the bracket to fit the covers. With the larger MY99-00 fogs, the covers would fit over the fogs but you can't use the bracket cos it won't fit. So either source another bracket or take the Fog's out.

I personally think its very SAD of you, a so called enthuiast not passing on the correct bits of your P1 to the new owner. Just to sell them for a few quid.
