All posts and threads within the "FOR SALE" forum must only contain information pertaining to the advertising of goods, or the request for information about such goods. Replies to adverts complaining / questioning the price or quality of the goods are harmful and often misleading and are therefore not allowed. For this reason, "buyer beware" is also an important consideration.

Thats a particularly slanderous and unhelpful comment bradford which could have detrimental effects to this board, i would recommend that you retract them.

as for your wonderfully generous offer i suggest you buy one of the many other scoobysport downpipes that are for sale for £60 i'm sure you'll find lots.... In fact i recommend you get as many as you can as theres bound to be a market where you can sell them and make money!

I love scoobynet for posts and useful comments like yours, if you put no price and just offers you get moaned at for profiteering etc, and when you do put a price you get timewasting posts like yours, its a funny old game.

Thankfully the many serious emails i received expressing interest are probably more indicative of the downpipes value when second hand and im sure you'll get one at the price your hoping to pay, probably when hell freezes over.

lol..

There is no mention of seller beware.., and the fact that I was talking about the value of the item for sale is therefore relevant.

If thought otherwise I would have been moderated.. but as you can see I have not been.

Sorry if I annoyed or upset you but you should think a bit more before offering someone less than half they are asking for something when the price they are asking is a fair price.
If you want to make very low offers, good luck to you, you might get a few bargains but might be better done via email.

Sorry for making comments on your for sale thread Ptholt.. at the time I was so gobsmacked and couldn;t not say something
