BMW 730i June 1992 J-reg
117k miles
Switchable automatic transmission
Cat 1 alarm/immobiliser
Electric windows, mirrors and sunroof
Fog lights, headlight washer jets.
ABS
Decent stereo
Maintained regardless of cost. Full service history from new all services bar two minor oil changes were done at a BMW main dealer or BMW specialist. Last service was at a main dealer. The car has also been a BMW approved used car.
Really superb condition. A few stone chips here and there but the only real body blemish is a small dent in a rear passenger door visible in the last photo.
Dont be put off by running costs. Specialist garages are very reasonable and the car gets 24-28mpg while delivering excellent performance a real mile muncher. You are also unlikely to lose much money on it even if 20k miles are added.
The car has been 100% reliable in the year that I have owned it.
Please contact me as per profile. Will consider an immaculate Pug 1.9 Gti in PX.
Asking price - £2,495 ono

Was wondering if anyone would spot that ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Yes it is. It did the Camel Trophy in 95 I think, and has been owned by my Dad since 1998. Since then we did a London-Capetown rally in it, my parents did a figure of 8 expedition through South America, and if all goes to plan, there will be a London-Sydney expedition starting next year.
The Disco does get used at least. It has been modified a little from standard camel trophy spec though. The boot has been compartmentalised for carrying luggage, tools and food separately. There is a fridge behind the front drivers seat... It has been tuned slightly and the suspension has been stiffened and has had beefier anti-roll bars fitted, mainly to deal with the extra weight that has to be carried on a trip. If you know Camel Discos, the standard spec is pretty hefty anyway.

Come on people, this is a LOT of car for the money. It has no squeaks, rattles or strange noises and drives like a car of half the miles. Big BMWs go on forever if looked after properly, as this one has.
