AVO suspension, purchased from Power Engineering a few years ago. The dampers have been used for 40,000 miles on my 98MY UK turbo and I have two sets of springs. First lot, the standard ones for "fast road use", I believe are rated at 225lbs.

After using these springs for a couple of months I decided that I could go a bit more serious on the springs because I drive on mostly smooth roads and I wanted to totally eliminate body roll. I then purchased some 275lb springs from PE and with the adjustable dampers turned onto full damping the car is like a go-kart with these (great for the track) but too hardcore for everyday road use, at least for my back. With the dampers down to the middle settings (infinitely adjustable with up to 4 complete turns of the adjusting rod from min to max) the serious springs are great for smooth roads, but they have been used for almost 40,000 miles.

I've recently taken the kit off the car in preparation for selling it.
