Bottom end just started to knock. Have been offered a secondhand engine for £700 but have lost heart so for the mechanically minded this could be a cheap project!
High rear Spoiler, in red, colour coded, aircon, electric everything, addzest stereo, Power Engineering ECU costing £700, brand new AP clutch gone in 200 miles ago (worse luck), 62000 miles. Made 263 bhp on the rollers with standard cats and paper filters before breakdown. The engine was caught at the very first sign of knock so for those interested in a rebuild damage should be limited to the bottom ends. Remember theres a free closed deck block and TD05 turbo with this vehicle!
Lots of History etc, fantastic drive a few days ago, Yes I am gutted. Private Plate by seperate negotiation.
If there is any serious interest I'll find a picture to put up.

Oh yeah it got a brand new MoT 2 weeks ago as well. D'oh!
Edited to say its a manual saloon with Cat1 Alarm Immobiliser, EBC brakes. Shall no doubt edit further when I remember more stuff.. Still in mourning, boo-hoo.

Thanks but I've already been offered way more than that. Im open to offers but not way less than Ive asked else I might as well have it sorted out and run it myself or sell it as a runner.
Ive tried to reflect what it would cost to rebuild the engine and have a nice scoob back on the road. Looking on autotrader an average price seems like 5k for this one if it was running.
No harm in trying though eh?

Ayup bro I remember the car! Has Vtechland got one as well or is there a clue in the username? Ive been trying to remember the ESL passwords and failed which is why i was after someone else hosting + Im a lazy ar$e!

£2700 is a figure we can chat about, but theres alot of people wanting to look at it now so might have to get back to you.

To all other interested parties, best bid Ive had so far is £3k dead and that will buy it so thats what youve got to beat. Car will be sold at 3k this weekend unless someone beats that offer.
