1992 (J Reg) 216 Cabriolet
Twin Cam 1.6l Honda engine (130bhp)
105,500 miles
Polynesian blue (light green)
11.5 months MOT (the main things it failed on where some bushes and wipers which have been replaced). I was told that the underside of the car is very clean, solid and rust free for a car of it's age by the MOT inspector too!
Taxed until Jan '04
Electric roof & windows
Cloth sports seats
15" Alloy wheels with 4 good tyres
Runs and starts perfect, i've just come back from 2 weeks abroad and it started immediately with the 1st turn of the key when I came back!
I bought the car at the start of the summer to use for the daily 40+ mile drive to work, it did this for 6k+ miles and never missed a beat. The reason for sale is due to me recently becoming self employed and working from home I no longer require a runaround.
There's a few dints on the passenger side, 1 on the rear quarter panel and 1 small one on the passenger door.
The roof's OK, there's 1 repair near the drivers door but no leaks.
This car would be ideal as a project for someone to earn a bit of money from next summer with a little work to bodywork, or a reliable runaround for the daily treck to work.

These are quite rare and do seem to carry a premium over the rest of the Rover range, this can be seen on Autotrader where most of these are up for £2k+
I am open to offers around £900 as I really do need to sell ASAP due to lack of space on drive!

You did Apples ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
That was before it had an MOT though, Southamptons a tad far but if you wanted to come and collect it you could have it for that less the cost of travel via National Express (£30, i'd pick you up from the station)
