After 4 happy years together, I've gone and replaced my baby with a MY01 wagon - so it's time to sell
The car is in excellent all-round condition, totally reliable, and I think I'm going to be pretty upset when it goes
Spec:
* Registered Sept. 97, R reg., facelift single air-bag model. UK car.
* Dark green metallic
* Totally standard and un-modified
* Air-con (regassed last year)
* Laserline Cat 1 alarm/immobiliser with remote central locking
* Tracker Retrieve
* Usual ABS, e/w, PAS
* Just reached 97,000 miles
* 90,000 mile major service completed in the summer, which includes cambelt
* Full 12-months MOT (passed last Friday)
* 3 months tax
* Full Subaru dealer service history
* All bills and receipts for the 4 years I've had it, even down to a record of all the petrol it's used (OK, I know that's maybe a bit obsessive, but if you want to know, it's averaged 24.01mpg over my ownership)
* New short engine fitted under Subaru warranty at 42,000 miles to sort piston slap
* Always treated with love and respect - proper warms ups and cool-downs, always fully-synthetic oil used. Look at the average fuel consumption if you're worried about my driving style - tyres and brakes always last me foever too, so it's not been thrashed!
* Been on 1 track day - EVO magazine introductory half-day at Brands Hatch last February. Only a few laps, but great fun. Car coped with it absolutely fine. EVO are doing these again next year and I can def. recommend these if anyone wants a cheapish way of trying a trackday.
Price: £6,495 ono

Also did a short video walk-around of the car with the engine running so you can hear it tickover. It was cold and frosty so don't worry about the bit of vapour from the exhaust! Click here for the 3.3mb Windows Media file.

Up to the top again. If anyone wants more info, or more pictures etc drop me an email. Go on - it's a lovely car and I might be open to sensible offers if I don't get many bites from Autotrader....
Cheers,
Steve
