Looks like Truro to me as well - why not try advertise it in the local paper down there - you might get a lot more than your asking price.

A grand for a none cherished plate that looks nothing like what its sposed to you might have more luck if you lower yer price a bit..

Have to admit Jethro, I don't think I could have figured out what it was supposed to say - and isn't that plate illegal anyway? I though you had to leave the space between the numbers and letters.
