To maintain correct rolling diameter on a classic, the tyre size would need to be 205/45 or 215/40.

These wheels do look good on classix though.

Caz as per the previous reply from Phil they are Gun Metal Grey - they look great on a Classic, the rolling circumference makes only about 1.5mph difference at 60mph.

I get upto scotland on business prety regularly so could actually deliver them to you as my missus has an estate car.

Fastman was told I was asking too litle for them - apparently they are more in demand tha STi wheels bercause the tyres are too big like u say on STi 8 4 classics - the wheels might also be too big then because they are 7.5 rather than 7 inches wide. I just paid £550 for STi wheels so you would do well to buy them if they fit?
The tyres alone are worth £400 on mine so might run them as winter wheels and sell the rims when they are worn out if I can't get nearer the asking price.

Can someone send me a link of what a classic looks like with these alloys fitted. I've heard the handling improves significantly when you upgrade from 16" to 17"'s.

The wife has put me on the spot as I've spent alot of dosh recently, the first to bid at £475 gets them as long as they can collect.
Got to be a bargain at that - the tyres still have the little blobs on them at the edges!
They are great looking wheels - the Gunmetal really sets them off -Would really make a Classic scoob look the dogs nads - you'll pay nearly that just to replace tyres on existing wheels!

If u are buying from Derek @ DRIVE then he was gonna sell me a new set of STi8 gold wheels & tyres for £800 a few months ago so he may offer £600 for ur ones.

I've done my homework and that is too much IMHO especially the way they are sold on here so I would be offering you less than the £600 I'm afraid.
