the clarity is excellent considering such an enclosed cabin, the bass not as massive as you would expect due to there being an engine between you and the subs but it still sounds top, makes ya bottom of ya back vibrate anyway

the install was a pro job and from lookin through the window all ya can see is the headunit and tweeters by the mirrors

everyone has said im a loony for leaving the gear in there and could get good money for it but just cant be bothered to rip it all out

but if someone was interested in making offer without i would be prepared to listen

That fuel econ must be due to all the ICE you have in there.

My last car was one of these, but Rev 3 (174bhp model).

It never dipped below 30mpg, and used to average 45mpg on my motorway commute to work - once managed 59mpg in it

Performance was good, and they are fun cars.

Sounds cheap to me, a great car for that money.

Have to remind people, these MR2 Mk2's go on for miles and miles.

Mine had 103k on when I sold it (MY94) and the engine was still sweet as a nut and used no oil.

Anyone looking for a great touring car wouldnt go wrong with this, and for under £3k as well

Good luck - have you tried the MR2 forums?
