lovely car - bttt for fellow saab owner.
could I just ask how much the ecu conversion was - and is that all they modify (is the turbo the same etc).
my car is the 185bhp GM900 - I know it can be chipped but not sure whether to do it as 148,000 on clock.

The conversion is a replacement ecu and a boost control solenoid
which plugged straight in to my existing wiring loom,on the light pressure
turbo every thing is already in place so all that has to be done is to turn the boost up to full pressure, the elkparts ecu also modifys fueling and timing to give more power than standard full turbo. The difference on yours would not be as dramatic as you already have a full turbo,so you wuold just have a different map.
It cost around £500 for mine and I fitted it myself in about 30 mins, the difference in performance for the money is fantastic.
Steve.
