dude, it's been a very difficult decision to sell this but i'm looking at an M3 next so it made the decision easier. so the answer to your question of it being faster.....depends which gear your in.
thanks for the comment wannabe.

Come on Peeps - I knew how this was driven by the first owner and its hardly been driven at all by the second owner - just kept as a trophy!!!!
Car is a minter....... and kept in the best nick possible

M3 - I take it that you have test driven one then - they is a nightmare in the wet and windy weather........ dont think you'll find it as fast as the sti5..........
ps - I still have those AP Brakes - never did get round to getting shot - never seem to have the time!!!

Carefull m8,, from an ex M3 E36 EVO owner, you will be dissapointed if it's performance your after. Yes they look the nuts, I had an Estoril Blue 1 but they handle like a ship, have a "numb" steering, and are too dam heavy. They are rapid in a straight line though, built like rocks and the powers smooth and progressive asapose to the THRUST!! of a scoob. I've gotta STI Type R ver5 and love it to bits!
If it's an E46 your going 4, then ignore the above as they went back to origional mindblowing performance shown by the old E30 versions when they were at there peak.
E46,,, THE "M MIESTER"
Have been into BM's 4 last 10 yrs and worked my way through 3 series with a 5 and a 7 along the way so of you want any more advice, don't hesitate to ask!
ps: if it's an E36, watch out 4 the VANOS, can be a major expense.

thanks scoobynov. its gonna be an E46 for sure. i dont know much about BMW's but i do know you can modify them so if its to slow/sloppy i'll mess about with it.
if i miss the scoob i guess i can always get another one, perhaps the Spec C RA and put the lot on it.
i put a few questions in other marques if you wouldnt mind answering them.
